DIESEL THROTTLE BODY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. A011A08

      Install a new gasket and the diesel throttle body with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR WITH DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

    A0117WY

    1. Install a new gasket and the install the intake air connector with diesel throttle body with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      23 N*m  { 235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf }
    2. A0118MY

      Connect the diesel throttle body connector.

  3. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR HOSE


    1. A011BQTE01

      Install the No. 3 air hose with the hose clamp.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 60 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Install the clip as shown in the illustration.
