DIESEL THROTTLE BODY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE ELECTRIC EGR CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the electric EGR control valve assembly Click here.

  2. SEPARATE NO. 3 AIR HOSE

    A011AZ7

    1. Loosen the hose clamp and separate the No. 3 air hose.

  3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR WITH DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. A0118MY

      Disconnect the diesel throttle body connector.

    2. A0117WY

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and the intake air connector with diesel throttle body assembly and gasket.

  4. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. A011A08

      Remove the 4 bolts and the diesel throttle body and gasket.
