INTEGRATION RELAY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY

    A0119MNE02

    1. Check the resistance (EFI relay).


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        B2 - B4 Battery voltage not applied between B2 - C3 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        B2 - B10
        B2 - E1
        B2 - E2
        B2 - E5
        B2 - E8
        B2 - F10
        B2 - F11
        B2 - F12
        B2 - B4 Battery voltage applied between B2 - C3 terminals Below 1 Ω
        B2 - B10
        B2 - E1
        B2 - E2
        B2 - E5
        B2 - E8
        B2 - F10
        B2 - F11
        B2 - F12

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.

    2. Check the resistance (C/OPN relay).


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        B4 - D8 Battery voltage not applied between B9 - E4 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        B10 - D8
        B4 - D8 Battery voltage applied between B9 - E4 terminals Below 1 Ω
        B10 - D8

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.

    3. Check the resistance (IG2 relay).


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A1 - B6 Battery voltage not applied between D11 - C3 terminals 10 kΩ or higher
        A1 - B7
        A1 - D10
        A1 - E4
        A1 - B6 Battery voltage applied between D11 - C3 terminals Below 1 Ω
        A1 - B7
        A1 - D10
        A1 - E4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
