HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH

    A0117TN

    1. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow.

    2. Turn the aiming screw and install the headlight leveling motor.

  2. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb into the light socket.

    2. Turn the front turn signal light bulb socket and bulb, in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to install them.

  3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

    1. Install the clearance light bulb into the light socket.

    2. Turn the clearance light bulb socket and bulb, in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to install them.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

    A0117OM

    1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. A01190Y

      Install the headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      On the RH side, rotate the cover in the opposite direction to install it.

    4. Secure the wire harness by hanging it on the protrusion on the back cover.
