HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

    1. Disconnect the wire harness.

    2. Remove the headlight back cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      On the RH side, rotate the cover in the opposite direction to remove it.

      Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the No. 1 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

  2. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

    1. Turn the clearance light bulb socket and bulb, in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to remove them.

    2. Remove the clearance light bulb from the light socket.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

    1. Turn the front turn signal light socket and bulb, in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, to remove them.

    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the light socket.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH

    1. Turn the aiming screw and remove the screw of the reflector.

    2. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.
