FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER


    1. A011BHA

      Install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer by rotating it as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Engage the clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable.

      Return the floor carpet and engage the 5 clips.

      Engage the 2 claws and install the fuel lid lock control cable to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Engage the clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable.

      Return the floor carpet and engage the 5 clips.

      Engage the 2 claws and install the fuel lid lock control cable to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.

  4. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable.

    2. Install the fuel lid lock open lever with the screw.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRAY


    1. Install the luggage compartment tray.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Assembly)

  7. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 TRIM ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Engage the 6 clips and install the side No. 1 trim.

  8. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 TRIM ASSEMBLY LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  9. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BELT HOLE COVER RH


    1. Engage the 5 claws and install the deck trim side belt hole cover.

  10. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BELT HOLE COVER LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  11. INSTALL BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP


    1. Install the back door weatherstrip.

  12. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 6 claws and install the rear deck trim cover.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH


    1. Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

  14. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH


    1. Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

  15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


    1. Engage the 9 claws and install the front door scuff plate.

  16. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat Assembly)


    1. Install the rear floor board with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY


    1. Install the rear seat under tray.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Assembly)
