BACK DOOR DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

      Disengage the 9 clips and remove the back door trim board.

  2. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

      Open the rear wiper arm head cap.

    2. A011AG3

      Remove the nut and remove the rear wiper arm and blade.

  3. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A011B5T

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Loosen the 3 bolts and remove the rear wiper motor.

      Note

      Do not try to remove the bolts since they are integrated with the motor.

  4. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET

      Remove the rear wiper motor grommet.

  5. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

      *1 Moulding Remover

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A011ASG

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and remove the back door lock.

  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE


    1. A011BLD

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the bolt and remove the back door outside handle.

  8. REMOVE HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 clips and the high mounted stop light.

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR WEIGHT (w/ Weight)


    1. A011BM5

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Remove the guide and remove the back door weight.
