AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Manual Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

    1. Disengage the 6 clips and remove the center lower instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. A0118YB

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the heater control cable, then remove the center lower instrument cluster finish panel.

  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CVT)


    1. Remove the shift lever knob from the shift lever.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Turn the shift lever knob counterclockwise and remove the shift lever knob.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CVT)

    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the console upper panel.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the console upper panel.

    2. Separate the shifting hole cover.

  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    1. Rotate the 2 rear clips in the direction indicated by the arrows and remove them.

    2. Disengage the 2 front clips and remove the rear console box assembly RR.

  7. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER

    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips and remove the front console box cover.

  8. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Disengage the 8 clips and separate the lower center instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. Disconnect the each connectors.

      Disengage the 2 claws and separate the air inlet damper control cable.

    4. A0118U2

      Disengage the 2 claws and separate the air mix damper control cable, then remove the lower center instrument cluster finish panel.
