HEATER EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE HEATER AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the heater and accessory assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 TURBO INSULATOR


    1. A011B21

      Remove the bolt, nut and No. 2 turbo insulator.

  3. REMOVE MANIFOLD SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. A01192R

      Remove the 2 bolts, nut and manifold support bracket.

  4. REMOVE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE


    1. A0119YL

      Remove the bolt, disengage the harness clamp and separate the wire harness.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the oil level dipstick guide.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the oil level dipstick guide.

  5. SEPARATE TIE ROD END SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side Click here.

  6. DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE

    1. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the engine room main wire.

  7. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE


    1. Remove the 2 nuts and exhaust pipe.
