FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover by hand.

    2. Detach 2 the claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Release the lock as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    3. A00OND8

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. A00OIIX

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

      Detach the 13 clips and remove the hood to radiator support seal.

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 4 screws.

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

    3. Detach the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    1. A00OLC7

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Remove the 3 screws and front bumper hole cover.

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the fog light cover.

  13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT PROTECTOR LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the fog light protector from the fog light cover.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.

  17. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Detach the 5 clamps and remove the headlight washer hose from the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

      Detach the 19 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ARM HOLE COVER LH

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the front bumper arm hole cover.
