SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR LH


    1. Rotate the mirror inward towards the vehicle.

    2. A003B8R

      While holding down the inner edge of the mirror, pull the outer edge of the mirror to detach the 3 claws and remove the mirror.

    3. A003EO5

      Disconnect the 4 connectors.

  2. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER LH

    A003CDU

    1. Push the cover down at the location and open the cover in the direction of the arrow in the illustration to disconnect the top of the cover from the mirror body.

    2. A003ELK

      Using a moulding remover, open the cover in the direction of the arrow in the illustration to detach the 4 claws and remove the cover from the mirror body.

      Tech Tips

      Apply protective tape to the mirror body and mirror cover as shown in the illustration to prevent them from being damaged.

  3. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003DSA

      Using a T10 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 screws.

    2. A003CZK

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the side turn signal light.

    3. Disconnect the connector.
