HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) DISASSEMBLY

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the No. 1 headlight back cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A00OQGA

      Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the No. 2 headlight bulb.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A00OSFR

      Turn the No. 2 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the No. 2 headlight back cover.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A00OSAQ

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the No. 1 headlight bulb.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  5. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A00OUCH

      Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the front turn signal light socket.

  6. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  7. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

      Detach the guide to remove the wire harness.

    2. Turn the socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove socket.

    3. Remove the clearance light bulb from the socket.
