HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

      Remove the clip and engine room side cover.

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. A003AXU

      Remove the 8 clips and radiator support opening cover.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Remove the front bumper cover Click here.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE (for LH Side)


    1. A003BON

      Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle by hand.

    2. A003DPQ

      Detach 2 the claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

      *1 Clamp

      Detach the clamp and disconnect remove the headlight cleaner hose.

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. A003D5E

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.
