CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for Wagon) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the curtain shield airbag and 5 spacers with 5 new clips and the 4 bolts.

      A003DBE
      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not twist the curtain shield airbag when installing it.

    2. A003EH1

      Connect the connector.

      Note

      When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
