  1. CHECK INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

    1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      K12-14 (CB+) - K12-13 (CGND) Ignition switch ON, shift lever in R 5.5 to 7.05 V

  2. CHECK REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY


    1. Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the K12 inner rear view mirror assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the G7*1 or M4*2 rear television camera assembly connector.


      • *1: for Sedan

      • *2: for Wagon

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      K12-14 (CB+) - G7-4 (CB+) Always Below 1 Ω
      K12-13 (CGND) - G7-3 (CGND) Always Below 1 Ω

      K12-6 (CV-) - G7-1 (CV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      K12-14 (CB+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      K12-13 (CGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      K12-7 (CV+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      K12-6 (CV-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
