CLEARANCE WARNING ECU INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY


    1. A00OSIB

      Install the ECU with the bolt.

    2. A00OVNT

      Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System for HDD)


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. A003ECH

      Insert the display to attach the 4 clips on its backside.

      Note

      When inserting the navigation receiver, do not press the knobs on the navigation receiver.

    3. A003EHQ

      Install the navigation receiver with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System for DVD)


    1. Connect the connectors.

      Insert the navigation receiver.

      Note

      When inserting the navigation receiver, do not press the knobs on the navigation receiver.

      Install the navigation receiver with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Audio)


    1. Connect the connectors.

      Insert the radio receiver to attach the 4 clips on its backside.

      Note

      When inserting the radio receiver, do not press the knobs on it.

      Install the radio receiver with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      4.0 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Audio)

      Install the opening cover with bracket with the 4 screws.

  6. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (for Audio, HDD Navigation System)


    1. A00EA2S

      Connect the connector and clamp.

    2. A00E9CF

      Attach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00E8VP

      Attach the 6 clips.

    4. Attach the 3 claws and 3 hooks to install the panel register.

  7. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (for Audio-less, DVD Navigation System)

      Connect the connector and clamp.

    2. A00E7TL

      Attach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00E8TA

      Attach the 2 clips.

    4. Attach the 3 claws and 3 hooks to install the panel register.

  8. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the air conditioning control.

  9. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      Connect the connectors.

      Attach the 2 clips to install the finish panel.

  10. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)

      Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws and 6 clips to install the console panel.

  11. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)


    1. A006UDU

      Attach the 2 claws and 6 clips to install the console panel.

    2. A006VCT

      Attach the cover to the shaft.

  12. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A006VS5

      Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

  13. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.
