CLEARANCE WARNING ECU REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)

      Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  3. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

      Detach the cover.

    2. A010RBQ

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 claws.

    3. Detach the 6 clips and remove the console panel.

  4. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 claws.

    2. Detach the 6 clips.

    3. Remove the console panel and then disconnect the connector.

  5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips.

      Remove the finish panel and then disconnect the connectors.

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the air conditioning control.

  7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (w/o Audio)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00ORNX

      Detach the 3 claws and 3 hooks.

    4. Detach the 6 clips.

    5. A00OVXQ

      Remove the panel register. Then disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

  8. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY WITH FINISH PANEL (w/ Audio)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00OR17

      Detach the 3 claws and 3 hooks.

    4. Detach the 2 clips.

    5. A00OVXQ

      Remove the panel register. Then disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

  9. REMOVE STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Audio)

      Remove the 4 screws and cover with bracket.

  10. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Audio)

  11. REMOVE CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A00OSIB

      Remove the bolt and ECU.
