C13AE/72 Incoherent information is detected in the non-volatile memory.

  • Electric parking brake ECU (Parking brake with bracket actuator assembly)

  • Main body ECU (instrument panel junction block assembly)

  • CAN communication system

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Note


  • Before performing work, turn the ignition switch off and wait approximately 20 seconds to make sure that the parking brake cannot operate.

  • When replacing the parking brake with bracket actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration Click here.

  1. CLEAR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

  2. CHECK DTC


    1. Drive the vehicle at 30 km/h (19 mph) or more for 5 seconds or more.

    2. Check for DTCs Click here.

  3. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (COMMUNICATION MAIN BODY)


    1. Turn the ignition switch off.

    2. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
