ROOF HEADLINING (for Wagon) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Panorama Roof, w/o Digital Audio Broadcasting:


      1. Align the marking tape on the antenna cord with the roof headlining tabs shown in A and B, and wrap tape around the cord to install it.

      2. Starting from the front of the vehicle, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the 8 marked locations labeled "a".

      3. While adjusting the slack of the antenna cord, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the marked location labeled "b".

    2. w/o Panorama Roof, w/ Digital Audio Broadcasting:


      1. Align the marking tape on the antenna cord with the roof headlining tabs shown in A and B, and wrap tape around the cord to install it.

      2. Starting from the front of the vehicle, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the 8 marked locations labeled "a".

      3. While adjusting the slack of the antenna cord, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the marked location labeled "b".

      3. While adjusting the slack of the antenna cord, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the marked location labeled "b".

    4. w/ Panorama Roof, w/ Digital Audio Broadcasting:


      1. Align the marking tape on the antenna cord with the roof headlining tabs shown in A and B, and wrap tape around the cord to install it.

      2. Starting from the front of the vehicle, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the 10 marked locations labeled "a".

      3. While adjusting the slack of the antenna cord, attach the antenna cord to the roof headlining with tape at the marked location labeled "b".

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. w/o Roof Sunshade System:


      1. Fix the No. 1 roof wire in place by wrapping tape around the No. 1 roof wire and the protrusion of the roof headlining as shown in the part of the illustration labeled A.

      2. Position the joint boxes as shown in the illustration and set the No. 1 roof wire on the roof headlining.

      3. Attach tape at the locations shown in the illustration to install the No. 1 roof wire.

        Tech Tips

        Apply sufficient pressure when placing tape.

      4. Turn the visor connectors approximately 90° clockwise to install them to the roof headlining.

    2. w/ Roof Sunshade System:


      1. Fix the No. 1 roof wire in place by wrapping tape around the No. 1 roof wire and the protrusion of the roof headlining as shown in the part of the illustration labeled A.

      2. Position the joint boxes as shown in the illustration and set the No. 1 roof wire on the roof headlining.

      3. Attach tape at the locations shown in the illustration to install the No. 1 roof wire.

        Tech Tips

        Apply sufficient pressure when placing tape.

      4. Turn the visor connectors approximately 90° clockwise to install them to the roof headlining.

  3. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD END

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both roof headlining pad ends.


    1. Align the roof headlining pad end with the silencer markings on the roof headlining and install the roof headlining pad end using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL CENTER ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/o Roof Sunshade System)

    1. Align the center roof headlining pad with the silencer markings on the roof headlining and install the center roof headlining pad using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Roof Sunshade System)

    1. Align the No. 3 roof silencer pad with the silencer markings on the roof headlining and install the No. 3 roof silencer pad using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Roof Sunshade System)

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Roof Sunshade System)

  8. INSTALL VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    Use the same procedure to install the vanity light on the other side.
