FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Console Box Lid) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BOX BOTTOM PANEL


    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the panel.

  2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover B, detach the 14 claws.

      Tech Tips

      The panel is easier to remove by detaching the claws from the bottom to the top.

  3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST LID

      Remove the 2 E-rings.

    2. Remove the 2 shafts.

    3. Detach the lock and remove the armrest lid.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A00OUCY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 hooks and remove the lock.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A00OVYS

      Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 "TORX" screws and cup holder.
