AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 4 clips to install the air conditioning control.

  2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

      *1 w/ Seat Heater System

      Connect the connectors.

    2. A006UTJ

      Attach the 2 clips to install the finish panel.

  3. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A006VKI

      Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws and 6 clips to install the console panel.

  4. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)


    1. A006UDU

      Attach the 2 claws and 6 clips to install the console panel.

    2. A006VCT

      Attach the cover to the shaft.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A006VS5

      Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)


    1. A006TK8

      Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

  7. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/o Audio)


    1. A00OVXQ

      Connect the connector and clamp.

    2. A00OQMC

      Attach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00OSZP

      Attach the 6 clips.

    4. Attach the 3 claws and 3 hooks to install the panel register.

  8. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Audio)


    1. A00OVXQ

      Connect the connector and clamp.

    2. A00OU39

      Attach the 2 clips and hook.

    3. A00OQOK

      Attach the 2 clips.

    4. Attach the 3 claws and 3 hooks to install the panel register.

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for LHD)


    1. A00OSPV

      Attach the 4 clips and 5 claws to install the panel end.

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for RHD)


    1. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:


      1. Attach the 4 clips and 5 claws to install the panel end.

    2. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Attach the 4 clips and 5 claws to install the panel end.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH


    1. Attach the 4 clips and 5 claws to install the panel end.

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL (w/ Console Box Lid)


    1. When replacing the No. 3 box panel with a new one:

        Cut off the rib (the piece used to maintain the shape of the panel) shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the 6 clips to install the box panel.

  13. INSTALL NO. 3 BOX PANEL (w/o Console Box Lid)


    1. When replacing the No. 3 box panel with a new one:

        Cut off the rib (the piece used to maintain the shape of the panel) shown in the illustration.

      Attach the 6 clips to install the box panel.

  14. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

    2. Attach the clamp.
