REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Wagon) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

    A003D43E01

    1. Pass the rear center seat outer belt floor anchor through the seatback frame.

    2. Align the seat belt positioning holes with the 2 claws and install the retractor of the seat belt as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the seat belt with the nut.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Install the 2 seatback covers with pads to the 2 seatback frames.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Attach the 8 claws to install the 4 headrest supports.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the belt hole cover.

  6. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the anchor cover cap.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER RH

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the control lever.

  8. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Attach the clamps to install the carpet.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the seatback cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to install the cover on the other side.

  12. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Install the armrest door.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST HANDLE (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the armrest handle.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the armrest box.

  15. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the bush.

      Insert the pin of the rear center seat armrest into the bush.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the washer and center seat armrest with the bolt.

  16. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Install the armrest box.

  17. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH (w/o Center Armrest Box)

    1. Install the hinge cover.

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the armrest cap.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Install the seatback with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the carpet with the 2 clips.

      Connect the rear center seat outer belt anchor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear center seat outer belt to overlap the protruding parts.

  20. INSTALL REAR BENCH TYPE SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 rear hooks of the seat cushion to the seatback.

    2. Attach the 2 front hooks to install the seat cushion.

    3. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

      Note

      When installing the seat cushion, make sure the seat belt buckle is not under the seat cushion.
