REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Wagon) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR BENCH TYPE SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 front hooks of the seat cushion from the vehicle body.

      Note

      Follow the instructions below carefully as the cushion frame deforms easily.


      1. Choose a hook to detach first. Place your hands near the hook as shown in the illustration. Then lift the seat cushion to detach the hook.

      2. Repeat for the other hook.

    2. Detach the 2 rear hooks of the seat cushion from the seatback.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the armrest cap.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  4. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH (w/o Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the hinge cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the armrest box.

  6. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. Separate the pin and center seat armrest assembly from the seatback to remove the armrest.

      Remove the bush.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the armrest box.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HANDLE (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the armrest handle.

  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the armrest door.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

    A003BTT

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the seatback cover.

      Tech Tips


      • Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      • Use the same procedure to remove the cover on the other side.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Detach the clamps and remove the carpet.

  15. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the anchor cover cap.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the hole cover.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Detach the 8 claws and remove the 4 headrest supports.

  19. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Remove the seatback cover with pad from the seatback frame.

  20. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the nut and outer belt.
