INTEGRATION RELAY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY


    1. Connect the 3 connectors.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 integration relay to the relay block.

  2. INSTALL RELAY BLOCK


    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the wire harness cover.

    2. Attach the 10 claws to assemble the upper side and lower side of the relay block cover.

      Note

      Securely assemble the relay block cover in order to prevent the wire harness from getting caught.

    3. Attach the guide and claw of the relay block.

    4. Install the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the 2 wire harness clamps.

    6. Connect the front speed sensor connector.

    7. for LHD:

      Connect the wireless door lock buzzer connector.

  3. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS


    1. Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness, and then install the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 3 wire harness connectors to the engine room junction block.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH

      Attach the 8 clips to install the front fender liner LH.

    2. Attach 5 new grommets.

    3. A003CAP

      Install the 6 screws.

    4. A003B86

      Install the pin hold clip.

  6. INSTALL ECM
