DESCRIPTION
The driving support ECU receives vehicle speed signals from the skid control ECU via the CAN communication line to control the lane-keeping assist system. When the driving support ECU receives information that there is a malfunction in the vehicle speed sensor, DTC C1A45 is stored.

If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (31 mph) or more.
Turn the lane-keeping assist main switch on.
