БЛОК ДВИГАТЕЛЯ СНЯТИЕ

  1. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

    1. Отсоедините разъем и 2 патрубка охлаждающей жидкости.

    2. Выверните 2 болта, отверните 2 гайки и снимите корпус дроссельной заслонки.

    3. Снимите прокладку.

  2. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

    1. Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket.

    2. Detach the 5 clamps and wire harness from the intake manifold.

    3. Disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose, ventilation hose and vacuum transmitting hose.

    4. Remove the 5 bolts, 2 nuts, intake manifold stay and intake manifold.

    5. Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.

    6. Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the intake manifold.

    7. Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts from the intake manifold.

  3. REMOVE AIR TUBE

    1. Disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.

    2. Disconnect the union to connector tube hose.

      Disconnect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting hose and No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and air tube.

  4. REMOVE FUEL TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the No. 2 fuel pipe clamp.

    2. Wipe off any dirt on the fuel tube connector.

    3. Hold the fuel tube connector and install SST.

    4. Turn SST to align the retainer inside the fuel tube connector with the chamfered part of SST.

    5. Insert SST into the fuel tube and hold it. Then push the fuel tube connector toward SST.

    6. Mount the retainer of the fuel tube connector onto the chamfered part of SST.

      Slide SST and the fuel tube connector together towards the fuel tube until they make a "click" sound, and then disconnect the fuel tube.

    8. Drain the fuel remaining inside the fuel tube.

    9. Cover the fuel tube and fuel pipe with a plastic bag to protect the disconnected parts.

  5. REMOVE FUEL DELIVERY PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and wire harness bracket.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Remove the bolt and fuel delivery pipe.

    4. Remove the 2 No. 1 delivery pipe spacers.

  6. REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

    1. Pull the 4 fuel injector assemblies out of the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.

    2. For reinstallation, attach a tag or label to the injector shaft.

      Note

      Prevent entry of foreign objects by covering the fuel injector with plastic bags.

    3. Remove the 4 injector vibration insulators.

  7. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

    1. Remove the engine oil dipstick.

    2. Remove the bolt and dipstick guide.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the dipstick guide.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

    1. Отверните 3 болта и снимите теплозащитный экран.

  9. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

    1. Отверните 3 болта и снимите опору коллектора.

  10. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

    1. Отверните 5 гаек и снимите выпускной коллектор.

    2. Снимите прокладку каталитического нейтрализатора в коллекторе.

  11. REMOVE DRIVE SHAFT BEARING BRACKET

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and bearing bracket.

  12. REMOVE VENTILATION HOSE

    1. Remove the ventilation hose from the ventilation valve.

  13. DISCONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. Disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose from the water inlet housing.

  14. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. Remove the clamp and water by-pass hose.

  15. REMOVE WATER INLET HOSE

    1. Remove the 2 clamps and water inlet hose.

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and water by-pass pipe.

  17. REMOVE WATER INLET

    1. Отверните 2 гайки и снимите впускной патрубок охлаждающей жидкости.

  18. REMOVE THERMOSTAT

    1. Снимите термостат.

    2. Снимите прокладку с термостата.

  19. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the 4 ignition coil connectors.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and 4 ignition coils.

      When removing the ignition coil, do not damage the plug cap with the cylinder head cover opening or the upper edge of the spark plug tube.

  20. REMOVE RADIO SETTING CONDENSER

    1. Remove the bolt and setting condenser.
