РЫЧАГ ПЕРЕКЛЮЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕДАЧ УСТАНОВКА

  1. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Check that the park/neutral position switch and shift lever are in neutral.

    1. Install the shift lever with the 4 bolts. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 connectors and 4 clamps to the shift lever.

  2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Turn the nut of the transmission control cable 180° counterclockwise. While holding the nut in place, push in the stopper until it clicks twice.

    2. Install the outer part of the transmission control cable to the shift lever retainer. Check that the spring is positioned at "A" and push in the stopper.

      Tech Tips

      If the stopper cannot be pushed in, slightly turn the nut clockwise and then push in the stopper again.

    3. Push the 2 claws together at the top of the transmission control cable lock piece. While holding the 2 claws together, push the 2 lugs on the bottom of the lock piece toward each other and upward to pull out the lock piece.

    4. Connect the end of the cable to the shift lever assembly.

      Note

      • Make sure that the lock piece is pulled up.

      • Push on the end of the cable all the way to the base of the pin.

    5. Push the lock piece into the adjuster case.

      Note

      Securely push in the lock piece until it locks.

  3. INSPECT SHIFT LEVER POSITION

    1. Переведя рычаг переключения передач из положения P в положение R при включенном зажигании и нажатой педали тормоза, убедитесь, что он перемещается плавно и фиксируется в требуемом положении.

    2. Удостоверьтесь, что рычаг переключения передач не останавливается при перемещении из положения R в положение P, и не заедает при перемещении из положения D в положение S.

    3. Запустите двигатель и убедитесь, что автомобиль начинает двигаться вперед после перемещения рычага переключения передач из положения N в положение D и назад после установки рычага в положение R.

      Если результат не удовлетворяет требованиям, проверьте датчик положения паркинга/нейтрали и монтаж рычага переключения передач.
