HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Triple Beam Headlight) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT HOUSING ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. Remove the headlight assembly LH.

      Click here

   2. Remove the headlight housing assembly LH from the headlight assembly LH.

      Click here

   3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Component without harness connected (Headlight Housing Assembly LH)

      -

      -

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A-1 - E-8 Always Below 1 Ω A-2 - B-1 Always Below 1 Ω B-2 - C-1 Always Below 1 Ω C-2 - E-7 Always Below 1 Ω D-1 - F-4 Always Below 1 Ω D-2 - F-3 Always Below 1 Ω G-1 - F-14 Always Below 1 Ω G-2 - F-15 Always Below 1 Ω G-3 - F-6 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-1 - F-17 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-2 - F-8 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-3 - F-20 Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight unit assembly LH.

2. INSPECT HEADLIGHT HOUSING ASSEMBLY RH

   
   

   1. Remove the headlight assembly RH.

   2. Remove the headlight housing assembly RH from the headlight assembly RH.

   3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A-1 - E-8 Always Below 1 Ω A-2 - B-1 Always Below 1 Ω B-2 - C-1 Always Below 1 Ω C-2 - E-7 Always Below 1 Ω D-1 - F-4 Always Below 1 Ω D-2 - F-3 Always Below 1 Ω G-1 - F-14 Always Below 1 Ω G-2 - F-15 Always Below 1 Ω G-3 - F-6 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-1 - F-17 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-2 - F-8 Always Below 1 Ω LVL-3 - F-20 Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight unit assembly RH.
