INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT BRACKET


    1. A01FAFJ

      Install the glove compartment bracket with the 2 screws<C>.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Engage the 6 claws to install the No. 2 defroster nozzle garnish as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Engage the 6 claws to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws<D>.

  9. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws<D>.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A01F7AO

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw<D>.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw<D>.

  12. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A01FAGE

      Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws<D>.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws<D>.

  14. INSTALL BRACKET

      Install the bracket with the 2 screws<D>.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

      Engage the clamp to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  16. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR
