BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    Make sure to perform initialization after replacing the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly. If initialization is not performed, the air conditioning unit assembly will not perform properly as the air conditioning amplifier assembly will not be able to recognize the position of the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. B0077ZL

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp and disconnect the air conditioning harness assembly.

    3. B0076TO

      Disconnect the drain cooler hose.

    4. Remove the screw.

    5. Disengage the 3 claws and guide, and remove the blower assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.
