  1. INSPECT OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR (FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD WITH COVER (FRONT PASSENGER SEAT))

      (Occupant Detection Sensor (Front Seat Cushion Pad with Cover (Front Passenger Seat)))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 3 Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
      1 - 3 Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the occupant detection sensor (front seat cushion pad with cover (front passenger seat)).
