LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to the luggage compartment door lock assembly.

  2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. B0075PC

      Engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the luggage compartment door lock assembly.

    3. Install the luggage compartment door lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    4. Connect the connector.

    5. Engage the clamp.

    6. Connect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

  3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR


    1. for Type A:


      1. B0077P2

        Install the luggage compartment key cylinder protector with the nut.

    2. for Type B:


      1. B0075YB

        Install the luggage compartment key cylinder protector with the nut.
