VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM, Diagnostic DTC:C1419, C1435

DTC Code DTC Name
C1419 Deceleration Sensor Internal Circuit
C1435 Yaw Rate Sensor Internal Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives signals from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor via CAN communication.

If there is a malfunction in the bus lines between the yaw rate and acceleration sensor and the CAN communication system, DTC U0124 (Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module) are set.

These DTCs are also output when calibration has not been completed.

DTC No. Detection Item DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1419 Deceleration Sensor Internal Circuit A data malfunction signal is received from an acceleration sensor. Acceleration sensor (yaw rate and acceleration sensor)
C1435 Yaw Rate Sensor Internal Circuit A data malfunction signal is received from a yaw rate sensor. Yaw rate sensor (yaw rate and acceleration sensor)

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note

When replacing or reinstalling the yaw rate and acceleration sensor, perform zero point calibration and store system information after clearing previously calibrated data.
