DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives signals from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor via CAN communication.

If there is a malfunction in the bus lines between the yaw rate and acceleration sensor and the CAN communication system, DTC U0124 (Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module) are output.

The DTCs are also output when the calibration has not been completed.

  • When replacing the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), perform zero point calibration and store system information.

  1. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR


    1. Perform zero point calibration of the yaw rate and acceleration sensor.

    2. Using the GTS, perform a Test Mode (Signal Check) inspection sensor check and check that all Test Mode (Signal Check) inspection items change from incomplete to complete.
