VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY(for 8AR-FTS) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ELECTROMAGNETIC OIL PUMP (w/ Stop And Start System)


    1. Coat the O-ring of the electromagnetic oil pump with ATF.

    2. A01R3C7

      Install the electromagnetic oil pump to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • When reusing the electromagnetic oil pump, inspect the O-ring.

      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the electromagnetic oil pump.

  2. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL5) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SL5) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  3. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL3) VALVE

    A01R5JQ

    1. Install the solenoid (SL3) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  4. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL4) VALVE

    A01R5WK

    1. Install the solenoid (SL4) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  5. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL2) VALVE


    1. A01R6HI

      Install the solenoid (SL2) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  6. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL1) VALVE

    A01R442

    1. Install the solenoid (SL1) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  7. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLT) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SLT) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  8. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLU) VALVE

    1. Install the solenoid (SLU) valve to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  9. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE


    1. A01R66X

      Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC2) VALVE


    1. A01R41Z

      Install the solenoid (SC2) valve to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC1) VALVE


    1. A01R42S

      Install the solenoid (SC1) valve to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }
