ENGINE STOP AND START ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL ENGINE STOP AND START ECU (for LHD)


    1. B0077JG

      Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to install the engine stop and start ECU.

  2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH WITH ENGINE STOP AND START ECU (for LHD)


    1. Install the ECU integration box RH with engine stop and start ECU with the bolt and nut.

    2. Connect the 3 engine stop and start ECU connectors.

  3. INSTALL ENGINE STOP AND START ECU (for RHD)


    1. Install the engine stop and start ECU with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 3 engine stop and start ECU connectors.

  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT (for LHD)

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for LHD)

    Click here

  7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  9. CONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  15. PERFORM REGISTRATION
