DESCRIPTION

The lane departure warning camera receives a dynamic rear steering system malfunction signal from the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU). If the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) detects a malfunction in the dynamic rear steering system, the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) sends a malfunction signal to the lane departure warning camera via CAN communication and the lane departure warning camera stores DTC C1AAB.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK FOR DTCs (RADAR CRUISE)


    1. Clear the DTCs.

    2. Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

      Tech Tips

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

    3. Check for DTCs.
