ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 No. 5 engine wire connectors.

      *1 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 5 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.

    3. B0073ZK

      Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly from the stiffening crankcase assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the stiffening crankcase assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE WIRE

      Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the No. 5 engine wire from the oil cooler assembly.
