FUEL PUMP ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU BRACKET


    1. Install the fuel pump control ECU bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU


    1. Install the fuel pump control ECU to the vehicle body with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

    2. Connect the 2 fuel pump control ECU connectors.

    3. w/ Dynamic Rear Steering System:


      1. B007724C02
        *a Lock of the Lock Lever
        *b Lock Lever

        Connect the rear steering control ECU connector.

        Tech Tips

        When connecting the connector with lock lever, return the lock lever to its original position and securely push in the lock of the lock lever as shown in the illustration.

    4. B0073BEN01

      Engage the clamp to install the luggage compartment trim cover LH.

    5. Install the 3 clips (A).

    6. Install a new clip (B).

    7. Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

    8. Engage the 4 claws to close the 2 covers.

  3. INSTALL FRONT UPPER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER
