RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator grille emblem.

    2. Install 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the No. 3 radiator grille garnish.

    2. Install 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

    Tech Tips

    When installing the radiator grille emblem, heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem using a heat light.

    Item Temperature
    Radiator Grille 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
    Radiator Grille Emblem 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem excessively.


    1. Clean the radiator grille surface.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    2. Install a new radiator grille emblem.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille and a new radiator grille emblem.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the radiator grille emblem.

        Tech Tips

        After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

        Align the boss positions and install the radiator grille emblem.

        Tech Tips

        Press the radiator grille emblem firmly to install it.

  4. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL


    1. Attach the 14 clips to install the upper radiator seal.

  5. INSTALL FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide View Front Monitor System)


    1. Attach the 2 guides and 3 screws to install the front television camera assembly.
