RADIATOR GRILLE DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide View Front Monitor System)


    1. A01EOCY

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the front television camera assembly.

  2. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SEAL


    1. A01EOLX

      Detach the 14 clips and remove the upper radiator seal.

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

    Tech Tips

    When removing the radiator grille emblem, heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem using a heat light.

    Radiator Grille 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
    Radiator Grille Emblem 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem excessively.

      Put protective tape around the radiator grille emblem.

    2. Insert a piano wire between the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem.

      Tech Tips

      Be careful of the boss positions.

    3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

    4. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the radiator grille emblem to the radiator grille.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the radiator grille.

    5. Remove the radiator grille emblem.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. A01EOUL

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and guide, and remove the No. 3 radiator grille garnish.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. A01EP3S

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and guide, and remove the radiator grille emblem.
