CIGARETTE LIGHTER INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for LHD and RHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL BULB


    1. Install the bulb to the socket.

      Install the socket as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cigarette lighter retainer.

    2. A01ES0E

      Attach the claw to install the cigarette lighter as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the 4 screws.

  3. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER KNOB AND ELEMENT ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EQSF

      Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 8 claws to install the panel.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

  6. INSTALL INNER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET COVER RH


    1. A01EO0O

      Attach the clip to install the cover.

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01EP7O

      Attach the 9 claws to install the panel pad.

  8. INSTALL INNER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET COVER LH


    1. A01ER40

      Attach the clip to install the cover.

    2. Install the clip.

  9. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 8 claws to install the panel pad.
