REAR AIR CONDITIONING PANEL REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CENTER CLUSTER MODULE LENS


    1. Remove the double-sided tape from the heater control knob.

    2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    3. Remove the peeling paper from the a new center cluster module lens.

      Note

      After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      Install the center cluster module lens.

      Note

      Do not reuse the center cluster module lens after removing it.

  2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL GUARD

      *1 Heater Control Guard

      Install new heater control guard.

  3. INSTALL CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT

    Note

    As the electronic parts of the circuit board may be damaged by static electricity, do not touch the electronic parts of the circuit board or the soldered areas with bare hands.

      Install the center cluster module circuit.

  4. INSTALL LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE

    Note

    As the electronic parts of the circuit board may be damaged by static electricity, do not touch the electronic parts of the circuit board or the soldered areas with bare hands.

      Install the 3 screws and lower heater control base.

    2. A01EPLX

      Attach the 6 claws to install the lower heater control base.

  5. INSTALL UPPER HEATER CONTROL RETAINER


    1. A01EOF2

      Install the upper heater control retainer.
