  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. w/o Climate Control Seat System:

      Check the front seat cushion heater assembly LH.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A1 - B1 Front seat cushion heater assembly LH temperature 25°C (77°F) 2.5 to 3.0 Ω
        A4 - B2
        A1 - A4
        A2 - A3 8 to 12 kΩ

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat cushion heater assembly LH.

    2. Heat the thermostat with a light.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A1 - B1 Front seat cushion heater assembly LH temperature 46°C (115°F) to 54°C (129°F) or higher 10 kΩ or higher
        A1 - B2
        A1 - A4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat cushion heater assembly LH.

    3. w/ Climate Control Seat System:

      Check the front seat cushion heater assembly LH.
