  1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER BOLT COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

    1. Remove the screw and release handle.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  5. REMOVE UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 covers.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the 4 screws and detach the 4 claws.

      Remove the bolt that is securing the fold seat stopper band and remove the seat leg side cover together with the fold seat stopper band.

  9. REMOVE FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the fold seat stopper band from the seat leg side cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE FEMALE COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the 2 covers.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH

    1. Detach the clip and remove the cover.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH


    1. Detach the clip and remove the cover.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:

      Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    4. Detach the claw and remove the seat protector from the seat hinge.

    5. Detach the 2 claws, open the protector and remove the wire harness.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:

      Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.

  16. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Detach the claw and open the cap.

      Remove the screw and anchor cover cap.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  18. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH

      Detach the 10 claws.

    2. A01ERPJ

      Remove the 5 screws.

    3. Detach the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the cover.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION PLATE

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the seat cushion plate.

  20. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH


    1. Remove the 2 screws and power seat switch.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY COVER LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws and cover.

  23. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the bolt and belt.

      Tech Tips

      The No. 1 seat 3 point type belt anchor is fixed with the same bolt as the rear No. 1 seat inner belt LH. Therefore, it becomes disconnected when the bolt is removed.

  24. DISCONNECT NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the belt anchor.

  25. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Detach the side airbag wire harness clamps.

    2. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A01ER2U

        Disconnect the 2 seat heater connectors.

      2. A01ESGY

        Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.

    4. Remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEPARATE TYPE SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Detach the 3 pieces of fastening tape.

    2. Remove the hog rings and cover.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Cut off the tack pins which fasten the rear seat cushion heater assembly to the seat cushion cover, and then remove the rear seat cushion heater assembly from the seat cushion cover.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Detach the 2 claws on the top of the board.

    2. Pull up the board to detach the 2 claws on the bottom of the board and remove it.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.

  32. REMOVE SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT HOLE COVER LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  34. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the hog rings.

      Remove the cap nut and seatback cover bracket from the seat frame.

    3. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seatback.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:

        Cut the cable tie and disconnect the seatback heater wire harness.

      2. A01ENKF

        Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seatback.

    5. A01EQUS

      Pull the seat belt into the inside of the seat.

    6. Remove the seatback cover with pad.

  35. REMOVE REAR SEPARATE TYPE SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the seatback cover bracket from the seatback pad.

    2. Remove the hog rings and rear seatback cover.

  36. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Cut off the tack pins which fasten the rear seatback heater assembly LH to the seatback cover, and then remove the rear seatback heater assembly from the seatback cover.

  37. REMOVE SEATBACK STOPPER PLATE

    1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Remove the bolt and stopper plate.

    3. Remove the bush from the stopper plate.

  38. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts and center seat armrest.

  39. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  40. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST PLATE

    1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 clips and 2 claws, and then remove the 2 armrest plates.

  41. REMOVE CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01EP5X

      Using a moulding remover, detach the 2 clips and remove the cup holder.

  42. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

  43. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the cover.

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the shoulder belt hole cover.

  48. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the 3 nuts and belt sensor.

    2. Remove the nut and outer belt.

  49. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Detach the 2 cable clamps and disconnect the cable.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the adjusting cable.

  50. REMOVE NO. 2 FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 cable clamps and disconnect the cable.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the lock control cable.

  51. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. LH Side:

      Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts.

    2. RH Side:

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Remove the seatback frame.

      Remove the lower seatback cover.

  52. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and lower seat track bracket.

    2. A01EOJE

      Cut the cable tie and disconnect the cable.

    3. Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the 3 cables.

    4. Detach the clamp and remove the seat lock cable.

  53. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HOLDER BRACKET LH (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Disconnect the seat wire connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and holder bracket.

  54. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System)

  55. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and belt.

      Using T40 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts and seat leg assembly.

  57. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the bolt.

    2. Remove the 5 nuts and seat cushion frame.
