  1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER BOLT COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

    1. Remove the screw and release handle.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  5. REMOVE UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER RH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 covers.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Remove the 4 screws and detach the 3 claws.

    2. A01ENVE

      Remove the bolt that is securing the fold seat stopper band and remove the seat leg side cover together with the fold seat stopper band.

  9. REMOVE FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the fold seat stopper band from the seat leg side cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE FEMALE COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the 2 covers.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH

    1. Detach the clip and remove the cover.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH


    1. Detach the clip and remove the cover.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR

      Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:

      Detach the claw and remove the wire harness connector.

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    4. Detach the claw and remove the seat protector from the seat hinge.

    5. Detach the 2 claws, open the protector and remove the wire harness.

  14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.

    1. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:

      Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts and hinge.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER

      Detach the 12 claws.

    2. A01EN9A

      Remove the 3 screws.

    3. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH

    1. Remove the 5 screws.

    2. Detach the clip and 2 claws, and remove the cover.

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION PLATE

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the seat cushion plate.

  19. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH


    1. Remove the 2 screws and power seat switch.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY COVER RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  21. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Detach the side airbag wire harness clamps.

    2. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:

        Disconnect the 2 seat heater connectors.

      2. A01EREA

        Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seat cushion.

    4. Remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEPARATE TYPE SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Detach the 3 pieces of fastening tape.

    2. Remove the hog rings and cover.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Cut off the tack pins which fasten the rear seat cushion heater assembly to the seat cushion cover, and then remove the rear seat cushion heater assembly from the seat cushion cover.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Detach the 2 claws on the top of the board.

    2. Pull up the board to detach the 2 claws on the bottom of the board and remove it.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  27. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 supports.

  28. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the hog rings.

    2. A01EMVY

      Remove the cap nut and seatback cover bracket from the seat frame.

    3. Remove the side airbag wire harness through the hole in the seatback.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A01EQLXE01

        Cut the cable tie and disconnect the seatback heater wire harness.

      2. A01ES6D

        Remove the seatback heater wire harness through the hole in the seatback.

    5. Remove the seatback cover with pad.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEPARATE TYPE SEATBACK COVER

      Disconnect the seatback cover bracket from the seatback pad.

    2. Remove the hog rings and rear seatback cover.

  30. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Cut off the tack pins which fasten the rear seatback heater assembly to the seatback cover, and then remove the rear seatback heater assembly from the seatback cover.

  31. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cover.

    1. Detach the 2 cable clamps and disconnect the cable.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the adjusting cable.

  36. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 cable clamps and disconnect the cable.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the lock control cable.

  37. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Remove the seatback frame.

  38. REMOVE FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 cable clamps and disconnect the 2 cables.

    2. Remove the 2 fold seat lock control cables.

  39. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and lower seat track bracket.

    2. A01EQ63

      Remove the 2 nuts and lower seat track bracket.

    3. A01EQ20

      Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the 3 cables.

    4. Detach the clamp and remove the seat lock cable.

  40. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HOLDER BRACKET RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Disconnect the seat wire connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and holder bracket.

  41. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the seat heater control.

  42. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Remove the bolt and belt.

  43. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket, remove the bolt.

    2. Remove the 5 nuts and seat cushion frame.
