ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR (for Outside Luggage Compartment) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ELECTRICAL KEY ANTENNA


    1. A01ENWQ

      Install the antenna with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ARM BRACKET LH


    1. Install the rear bumper arm bracket LH with the 2 bolts.

    2. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER COVER


    1. Connect the No. 2 frame wire connector and attach the 14 claws to install the rear bumper cover.

    2. Install the 7 bolts, 6 screws and 2 clips.

    3. Open the tail gate and install the 4 clips.

    4. Close the tail gate.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 BUMPER PLATE


    1. Attach the 20 claws to install the rear No. 1 bumper plate.

  5. INSTALL PINTLE HOOK ASSEMBLY (w/ Pintle Hook)


    1. Install the pintle hook assembly and pintle hook bracket with the 2 bolts, 2 eyelet pintle hooks and 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      for nut
      65 N*m  { 663 kgf*cm, 48 ft.*lbf }

    2. For vehicles with a spare installed to the underbody, install the spare tire.

  6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD LH

    A01ESAQ

    1. Install the mudguard with the clip.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the 7 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD RH

    A01ENPF

    1. Install the mudguard with the clip.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the 8 screws.
