REAR BUMPER (for Standard) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 FRAME WIRE


    1. w/ Rear Fog Light:

      Remove the No. 2 frame wire.


      1. Disconnect the 6 connectors.

        A01EPWR

      2. Detach the 12 clamps and remove the No. 2 frame wire.

    2. w/o Rear Fog Light:

      Remove the No. 2 frame wire.


      1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

        A01EMX4

      2. Detach the 10 clamps and remove the No. 2 frame wire.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR


    1. A01EOAF

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips


      • Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.

      • The illustration shows the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor for the RH corner and back sensor LH and RH. The installation position of the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor for the LH corner is on the opposite side.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER


    1. A01EPKD

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the rear bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer on the other side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER


    1. A01EQ8Z

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the rear bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer on the other side.

  5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01EPRY

      Detach the 8 claws and remove the energy absorber.

  6. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fog Light)


    1. A01ERXW

      Remove the 3 screws and remove the rear fog light assembly LH.

    2. Detach the clamp.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

  7. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Rear Fog Light)


    1. A01EQ1O

      Remove the 3 screws and the reflex reflector assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Rear Fog Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE REAR LOWER BUMPER COVER


    1. A01ENPV

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and the rear lower bumper cover.

  11. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD LH


    1. A01ENE4

      Remove the rear bumper pad LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
