FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Remove the 5 clamps and headlight cleaner hose.

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A01EQG4

      Extend the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

    2. A01ESE2

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A01EQOJ

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

      A01ERLT

    2. Detach the 10 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  7. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP


    1. A01ERTH

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor on the other side.

      While pushing down on the lever with a finger to release the one claw, detach the claw on the other side to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

      Tech Tips

      The type of claw on the top and bottom of the sensor are different. Observe the claws carefully before removing the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer on the other side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET


    1. A01EQYZ

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EQG1

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH LH


    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01ER7Z

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper garnish LH.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Detach the 14 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 front bumper protectors.

  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

      for Type A:


      1. Remove the 2 screws.

      2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

    2. A01EQ2C

      for Type B:


      1. Remove the 2 screws.

      2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.
