CLEARANCE SONAR MAIN SWITCH REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for LHD and RHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH

      Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a moulding remover, detach the 6 claws and remove the side panel.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

      Detach the 5 claws.

    2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the switch hole base.

  3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the 8 claws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the panel pad.

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 4 claws.

    2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the finish panel.

  5. REMOVE MAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the main switch assembly.
